RESIDENT SELECTION PROCESS

To ensure that each resident fits well within our community and contributes positively to the island’s unique environment, we have developed a comprehensive selection process.
Application Profile : Prospective residents will begin by submitting an application that outlines their personal background, values, and lifestyle preferences. This profile will give us insight into their commitment to sustainability, wellness, and spiritual growth, as well as their vision for becoming an active part of the Crystalline community. The application will also assess their contributions to society and their openness to a purpose-driven, connected lifestyle.
Intention and Community Alignment: After the application review, selected candidates will participate in a personal session with our resident wellbeing and spiritual guide. This session is designed to ensure that potential residents are spiritually and intentionally aligned with the group and share the values that make Crystalline Community a special place. We aim to foster a positive and supportive environment, and this step is essential in maintaining harmony within the community.
Intention Alignment Session: Our core team will explore the candidate’s emotional intelligence, openness to personal growth, and their ability to live harmoniously with others. We value residents who are emotionally mature, self-aware, and committed to creating a balanced life.
Spiritual Alignment Session: A session with our spiritual guide will focus on understanding the candidate’s spiritual journey, their practices, and how they align with the collective energy of the community. Final Review and Invitation: Following these sessions, our selection committee, comprising core community members, wellness experts, and spiritual leaders, will review the feedback and make a final decision. Those who meet our criteria for spiritual, emotional, and lifestyle alignment will receive an invitation to join Crystalline Community by The Source.
